Cancellation Policy

By engaging the services of Twilight Tailz Dog Training, the Client agrees to the following terms: 1. Services Provided Twilight Tailz provides in-home dog training, behavioral consultation, and coaching. Training results are not guaranteed, as success depends heavily on the Owner’s consistency, the dog’s temperament, and environmental factors. 2. Payment and Fees Payment: Full payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of the first session. Refunds: Services are non-refundable once training has commenced. Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be credited at the Company's discretion. 3. Cancellation and Rescheduling Notice: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a forfeiture of the session fee or a charge of $15. 4. Health and Safety Vaccinations: The Owner warrants that the dog is current on all legally required vaccinations (e.g., Rabies). Proof of vaccination must be provided upon request. Aggression Disclosure: The Owner must disclose if the dog has a history of biting or aggressive behavior toward humans or other animals. Failure to disclose may result in immediate termination of services without a refund. Equipment: The Company reserves the right to refuse the use of specific training equipment (e.g., certain collars) if deemed unsafe or inhumane. 5. Liability Waiver Assumption of Risk: Dog training involves inherent risks. The Owner assumes all risks of loss, theft, damage, or injury to the dog, persons, or property. Indemnification: The Owner agrees to indemnify and hold Twilight Tailz and its trainers harmless from any and all claims, including legal fees, resulting from the dog’s actions during or after training sessions. 6. Media Release The Owner grants the Company permission to take photographs or videos of the dog for use in educational or marketing materials (social media, website).
